1. All prices in EURO plus 16% sales tax and costs for shipment. Delivery: C.O.D., costs for shipment will be added to the invoice.
2. Dates for delivery are given by El Hor without obligation. In case of act of God, war, mechanical breakdown, illness, lack of motivation, lack of material, we are authorized to cancel the obligation of delivery partially or in total.
3. Packaging will be charged at cost price and cannot be returned.
4. Complaints must be given to El Hor directly after the receive of the goods. Returns are only possible after consultation. In case of resale of our products, we cannot accept complains from third persons. Complains do not free you from the agreed conditions of payment. We are not liable for any damages. In case of justified complains, we will provide substitution or we will pay back the money. Further claims will not be accepted. All deliveries according to the above mentioned conditions for delivery, shipment and payment unless otherwise agreed.
